We all know the striker’s vibrations is what makes the call on a pot, but imagine if you could apply the stiker without really touching the actual striking stick. I found this last year on this site and fell in love these stikers. Basically, the stiker is in a tube of wood and sticks out a tad for you to apply it to the slate or glass. It is a unique striker, called the “Go to Stiker”, made by a fellow in Southern IN named John Bauer. It is all hand made (different woods) and looks awesome too. It will do it all, but I can make nothing purr even close to this thing.

Anyway, I am getting nothing from this guy, but thought some of you guys on here might be interested. I think they are $25 each or deals on more than one. I’ll be ordering one.

Some of you guys on here have known me for years – I don’t endorse, sell or anything like that, just thought you guys who like something unique in the turkey calls would get a kick out of this unique stiker. I know he has a patent, so I was glad to hear he still make them this year.

Yea boys, it is in the mail ;) ! I reread John’s email to me and he’ll let 2 or more go for $20 each with no shipping and handling charges – you two can go in together.

I like having unique stuff, kind of like my “unique” wife who don’t like hunting ;) !
