Another avatar ?

I've got a pic saved on my computer but it's 156x156 pixels. How do I get it down to 80x80?

Put it into a photo program, whatever one you might have on your computer, and then resize it down so that it is no bigger than 80x80. It can be 80x75 but it couldn't be 80x85 either. It has to be under 80 both ways. Just resize and resave, and it should work.
