Oh boy, caught me at a bad time. I have Ludacris in the CD player right now. I believe Eminem and George Strait accompany him, and I know there are a few others in there, but I have been listening to the radio mostly lately.
Radio for me as well. If memory serves me correct, I think that I have George Straight in the cd player.

Lots of hip hop right now for some strange reason: Terror Squad, Ludacris, Snoop Dogg, Petey Pablo, Ciara, J-Kwon, etc.
Also some old AC/DC (Bon Scott RULED) and School House Rock ("3 is a Magic Number" is the greatest song ever recorded).

a mixture of things. Johnny Cash, Metallica, Ozzy, Johnny Paycheck, music like that
Heard a Texas band's cover version of .... Back in Black. Slow it down-- twang the words-- use a Telecaster and you have it ! Close second is Nashville Cats as a bluegrass tune.

okie....that wouldnt happen to be Hayseed Dixie would it???......you guys gotta get a copy of their stuff....you will cry laughing.......they did a whole album of ACDC stuff.....the best one is a cover of Big Balls ......i got down in the floor laughing so hard....they also do tributes to KISS and a few others
I heard some of that when it came out. Didn't catch the group's name but it's a for real serious country release played on a Dallas /Ft Worth station. Not really funny though.

Seems like the good stuff never goes out of style. My 14 year old enjoys Skynyrd, CCR, Boston, some of the 20-30 year old stuff that I grew up on. Right now I'm on an Alison Krauss/Union Station kick. Jerry Douglas should run for President.

I saw Allison back in December. She puts on a good show. Real down to earth lady.
I saw her at the Horse Park years ago before she was a big star. She stayed after the show and signed autographs and took pics until everyone was gone.
I've seen her in concert three times and she always sounds great.
