LBL QDM programm starting this season??

F&W going to recommend LBL QDM at the March meeting??
Minimum 15" spread on bucks?? 4-points on a side??
Tennessee portion of LBL also??

I'll have to check. I know that was the plan, to consider since summer and propose or not by early February. I can tell you KDFWR wouldn't have a lot of interest in the point restriction method, we'd go with the 15" rule. I'll check and report back to this thread Valley.
