Can't seem to find any feathers to shoot at. Have they all flown south for the year? Is there another wave to come thru if the weather would turn colder and freeze up more water up north. Does the Ohio River have many birds on it right now? HELP?

There are some ducks around. Hunted a farm pond in central KY and saw about 50 ducks and 75 geese, none were harvested. Got a report from the Ohio River that they saw about 200 ducks and 200 geese, none were harvested. They will probably remain scattered until things freeze up.
Thanks, Rob...

There are a few ducks and geese here , but, as mild as the weather is,they are scattered on shallow/small water. My neighbor has about 200 geese staying on his pond here in southwest Jefferson county. Theyr'e feeding on the golf course and in peoples yards.
Not going to see much on the river till small water freezes up.

Valley--if you can figure a way to get after them and need some help, give me a holler. The only thing prettier than a goose hanging high is watching one crash in the mud about 20 yards in fornt of you!
