Hunting in the morning!

Well the weather calls for drizzle thursday and the high is around 58. I am not sure weather to get in a stand or stalk. I have killed one deer this year on the funnel I hunt and I have not seen a deer yet. Last year I shot at three bucks in this place. But that was when it was cooler. I have not seen one buck in that funnel this year. I am beginning to think I need to move around a little more. When I killed the deer a month ago it was around 50 degree's. But you can never predict what is going to happen in the rut I guess. I have not seen that many deer in this warm weather. But next week should be great because of the cold front's. So I guess my question is should a person stand hunt or stalk on a day like tommorow?

It rained here for 5 hours on Monday, and I sat all day in the same spot. I saw 15 does and 5 bucks. I would say go with your gut instinct. It's real easy to sneak in the rain.

Funnels R great, and the rut is underway to some degree. Hope u had luck this morning!

I would stand hunt the funnels.
