Chad....I still can't post pics.

from my Hard Drive.. When I click on (insert image)..I get a pop up, asking me to ( Please enter the URL of your image) What am I doing wrong?

to enter from hard drive you need to scroll down and click manage attachments, to add an attachment. The problem with this, is it must be a small file. Any time I've tried attach as an attachment I'm told the file is too large. I still think the best way to post a pic. is to upload it to another site first, then post here.

When I click on the upload it tells me it exceeds the forum quota by the exact size of the picture. Any suggestions??
